ELKA Child Educational Center, Inc. was established in June of 1968. It was created to provide quality childcare for children 2 through 12 years of age who resided in the Lake County and surrounding areas.
ELKA has been licensed by the State of Indiana since 1968 and Accredited through NECPA since 2006.
